Even though we find PetraSell easy to use, we are aware that there is a learning curve for any new software.

For those who have obtained PetraLite or purchased standard single-user PetraSell there are two options:
1. An unlimited telephone support contract at $40 is available for the first three months. We strongly suggest you purchase a support contract for at least this first quarter. Extra time can be purchased.
or
2. You can opt for a $2.00 per minute charge with a $15 dollar minimum per incident. This requires a current credit card on file with us.
For those of you using PetraSell in a multiple workstation environment support contracts are available and are individually negotiated depending on number of workstations purchased and/or any special modifications you may have contracted for.
